Let Me In!
Whew! I've been standing out here ringing the ding dang doorbell and nobody would let me in. Felt kind of like trying to find the doorway in the wall in one of those Harry Potter games my kid has! Others might be having the same problem and need to know you have to log in before you are able to post & do replies, etc.

Finally!
Ok, I finally figured out what the heck was going on here. I kept going to the old site and thinking "surely she's not going to have a blank site for several months." Then it dawned on me to click on the "new software" link, but then I still had a heck of time figuring things out. I didn't know I would have to register again and I couldn't find anything! I feel like I've been gone for years. Have I missed anything?
Lynn, I'm sure the new site will be great, but I just have to ask, what was wrong with the old one? It seems like all the websites I visit have decided to up and change things ... and I'm a person who does NOT like change. =]

heres a few tips,,,Lynn if Iam wrong please please correct me
go to control panel and make comments 50 per page
smilies are on middle left when you ...preview post
look at all forum topics,,active and MORE ,,alot are there
make sure you post comment after you preview,,,,some are forgetting
what I think is great is you can see everything while you are posting and no more constant ..back to home
one thing I noticed is in the chat box the persons name stays up for a long time even if they are not there,,so don't feel offended if you go there and it says ,,,so and so has left the chatbox
play around,,if I can do it ANYONE can

I like the View Recent Posts feature. Click on that and you can immediately tell what is new in everything, less clicking around to make sure you didn't miss any goodies!

Thanks. Wondering if it is something to do with my machine settings then. I tried again just to be sure. I can read the messages, there is just no place to reply unless I log in. When I log in, then I get the little boxes at the end of the posts "post reply" or "add new comment". I just noticed some of the regulars didn't seem to be posting either, so thought perhaps they might be having the same trouble.
