Two Friends Fritters

Description
Ingredients
- About 2 cups cooked winter squash (I used half a blue kuri)
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 c unbleached white flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 good shakes herb & garlic seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fat for frying (I use bacon fat, chicken fat, coconut oil, olive oil and/or butter), at least 1/2" deep in your skillet
