Great Article Becky. I especiGreat Article Becky. I especially liked the comment about what the kids are capable of learning. .. being like sponges at a very early age. Reminds me of DS when he was in 2nd grade his teacher was very aggressive. DD's 4th grade teacher wasn't so aggressive. As I was helping with homework one day, it dawned on me that both kids were doing much of the same work! Whether its teacher, tutor or homeschooling parent, its all in the approach and the particular child's way of learning. Post new comment |
