which is better

I am thinking of getting my family for Chrismas either Play station 2 or Xbox. Does anyone have these and if so do you like it,,would you choose it again?

On our computers we play games all the time but I want the bigger screen affect of our 26in tv. I think it would be a good get the family together in the new basement time.

I really want opinions of which you think is better not if I should get one at all. I actually think it would bring the family together more often and both my DDs are in honors classes so its not like it will cause problems there. Plus I will limit the time they can be on it just as I limit the use of our computers.

soooo what should I buy???

is for Playstation 2. Both older boys say that there are more games avaliable for PS2. PS2 also doubles as a DVD player, that's pretty cool. So there's my vote Smiling

We have an X-Box. It also doubles as a DVD player. DS and DH have fun playing on it - I'm not much of a gamer myself.
