Ingredients
- one large clove of garlic, minced
- Juice of one lemon
- half cup mayonaise (homemade w/olive oil is best)
- 2 lbs. mild white fish, such as cod
- one cup shredded fresh parmesan cheese
- fresh ground pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place fish in a baking pan. Mix mayo, lemon, garlic, and pepper in a bowl to blend. Spread this mixture on the fish. Sprinkle parmesan over and bake for 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily. I serve this with steamed broccoli and green beans with almonds.
