Josie's tooth

Josie's about to lose her first baby tooth. I am excited for her, and sad for me; she's getting so big! This tooth is hanging by a thread and may be out by the time I finish writing this! I think the Tooth Fairy will be visiting tonight. *sniff*

The first tooth is so special
My goodness Lynn, How old can she be? The first tooth is always so special, the age of reason is upon her. You really will notice a difference, I wager. Is she really six/seven? I always scoffed at the Waldorf importance on teeth, until in experienced it firtshand. It does matter. Congratulation Josie! Blessings on your new beginnings as a mother Lynn!
Best Wishes,
Jo
change of teeth
Jo turned six in September. A lot of folks make fun of the Waldorf change-of-teeth theory, but I do see it myself. I can't believe she's this old, and tall, and pretty, and funny. She is her own girl. We go to a Waldorf co-op once a week and the teacher has been really enlightening about Josie's moods; she's very melancholic right now, easily driven to tears, and Mrs Marsha says it's because she's leaving early childhood behind.
Edited to add: You can see the new tooth already, right there ready to come up all the way, and the tooth next door is wiggly. eeeek!
