Ingredients
- 1 c whole wheat flour
- 1 c unbleached all-purp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 1⁄2 tsp baking powder
- 1 c milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs low-fat yogurt
- 2 tbs canola oil
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1 c cooked wild rice (strained)
- 1 c whole wheat flour

- 1 c milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs low-fat yogurt
- 2 tbs canola oil
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1 c cooked wild rice (strained)
Instructions
sift together dry ingredients (flours, salt, baking powder, nutmeg). set aside. beat together egg, milk, yogurt, oil, and sugar. stir in the dry mixture. once blended, add the wild rice. cook over medium heat.
