Ingredients
- 3 c self-rising flour
- 2 T sugar
- 1 can beer, any kind will do
Instructions
Mix thoroughly with mixer. Pour into greased loaf pan or baking dish and bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.

Tasty!
I made this tonight using spelt flour with 2 tsp salt and 2 tsp baking powder added in. It was delicious and about the easiest quick bread I've ever made!
