Description

An interesting variation on the BLT.

Ingredients

1lbbacon
  chopped lettuce
  diced tomatoes
  grated cheddar cheese
1packagelarge flour tortillas
  mayonnaise (optional)

Instructions

Cook bacon, drain and crumble. In a flour shell, add all ingredents to the side closest to you. Starting from the end closest to you, begin to roll up. Secure with toothpick. Enjoy!

  homemade or premade pizza crust - cooked
  deli meat of choice - we used peppered turkey & honey ham
  cheese of choice - we used pepper jack and white american
  salad of choice - we used baby spinach, cilantro, dill, chard and green leaf
  dressing of choice - we like a santa fe one we found

Instructions

put pizza crust on oven rack add deli meat all over top with cheese broil until cheese is melted mix salad with dressing and then place on top of melted cheese. can also add jalapenos, banana peppers or anything else you like on a sandwich. slice like a pizza Enjoy! Quick and yummy! Jana

2 thick slices bread of choice, toasted
2Tpesto sauce
2slicecheddar cheese
1 2⁄3 inch thick slice seedless watermelon about the same size as the bread
2 thin slices tomato
4slicecooked crisp bacon
2 butter lettuce leaves

Instructions

Spread the pesto over 1 side of each slice of toast. On one slice of toast stack the cheese, watermelon, tomato, bacon and lettuce on top of pesto. Place the other slice of toast, pesto side down, on top of the lettuce. Cut in half and enjoy. Serves 1.
