Description
A quick vegetarian Indian dinner.
Ingredients
- 2lb potatoes, quartered
- 2t onion powder
- 2t powdered ginger
- 2t garlic powder
- 1t cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients.Bake at 500 degrees for half an hour.
Garnish with onion and lemon slices.
