Spicy Carrots

Description
A tasty and quick Indian vegetarian dish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shredded carrots
- 2 t mustard seeds
- 2 t ground mustard
- 2 t oil
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1 t turmeric
- 1 t chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry mustard seeds for a minute. Add the carrots, ground mustard, lemon juice, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and pepper and stir on high heat for fifteen minutes.
