Simply in Season Children's Cookbook

We just got this last night from the good folks at Herald Press, and Josie has already made one of the recipes: Polka Dot Pear Pancake, a German-style baked pancake with pears and cranberries. Even though we had to alter it (spelt instead of wheat flour), it turned out delicious and Jo was able to do most of it on her own with a little help.

Once we've made more than a couple of the recipes we're going to post a full review in the Cookbook Mania section.
