- 1 c red wine
- 1 can or jar plain marinara pasta sauce
- 2 can tuna
- big handful of garlic-stuffed green olives, sliced
- 4 anchovy fillets packed in olive oil
- 1 T butter
- 1 c red wine
Instructions
In a large saucepan on medium heat, melt the butter and add a little oil from the anchovies. Add the anchovy fillets and cream them into the butter/oil mixture.
When they're good and squished. add the marinara sauce, wine, olives and tuna. Mix together, warm through, serve on pasta with a nice green salad on the side. Extremely yummy.
Notes
This is DELICIOUS. Use it with any formed pasta--fusilli is our favorite. It needs a sturdy noodle, so don't use something flimsy like angel hair.
