0 8 large potatoes
1 small onion
1 tsp of crushed garlic
1 cup of Mayo
1/4 cup of white vinigar
1tbs of dry mustard
3 eggs ( hard bioled)
Paprika

boil potatoes whole with peels, with eggs, remove from heat and add cold water let set,peel and dice when cooled
in a med bowl add mayo,vinagar, dry mustard, garlic
and onion
peel potatoes and eggs dice potatoes and slice eggs add to large bowl stir in mayo mixture and chill add Paprika to top when serving.
