0 1 pound hamburger
3 Eggs
1 pkg crackers (saltines) just one sleeve (you could use flavored crackers too)
a couple glugs of milk

Mix together with hands completely.
Press out in a 9X13 pan.
Pour one can of tomato sauce over top.
Season heavily with pepper and salt.

Bake 425 for 35-45 minutes.
Great with macaroni&cheese and green beans.
My DH loves it with mustard as a sandwich, cold or hot. Makes alot with one pound of hamburger!
