0 4 med. Granny Smith apples(peeled,cored,and cut
into wedges)
2 cinnamon sticks
1/4 to 1/2 cup water
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove and add 1/4
cup sugar. Mash apples. Serve warm or chill. If you
like, add more cinnamon. Enjoy!!
