    <directions>1.  Spray soup pot with nonstick spray or little bit of oil, add onion and saute a few minutes before adding other vegetables. Add all other veggies but limas, stir 1-2 minutes, then add stock and beans and bring to a boil. (Alternately, throw it all in the pot and bring to a boil).

2. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour

3. Puree in food processor, return to pot, and add cream.

4. Stir, reheat, and enjoy!</directions>
