    <directions>Parboil or steam the green beans, just until they turn bright green. Drain or pull out of the steam, place in a bowl big enough to toss them in. Drizzle them with just a little honey (zip-zip-zip with a honey bear), then with about the same amount of sesame oil and hot sauce, and about twice that much soy sauce and olive oil. Add the ginger and a good sized pinch of sesame seeds (you can toast the seeds first if you like). Toss, check for seasonings, and adjust the soy sauce, honey, hot sauce and/or sesame oil to your liking. Toss again, let sit for at least an hour if not overnight in the fridge. Best served cold or at room temperature.</directions>
