Hungarian Chocolate Frosting 1 1.5cPowdered sugar 3egg yolks 3squares bitter chocolate 4Tbutter, softened 2.5Thot water 1. Melt chocolate in the microwave or a double boiler
2. Add sugar and water and blend until smooth
3. Add egg yolks 1 at a time and blend thoroughly after each.
4. Add 1 tbsp of butter at a time, beating thoroughly after each.

Frost cake!
