    <directions>Place the chicken in the crockpot. In a bowl combine the rest of the ingredients except the vegetables. Pour sauce over chicken.  Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours, until chicken is tender.  About half an hour before serving break the chicken up with a spoon into bite size pieces. Pour the veggies on top and heat through.  Stir it all together and serve over rice. Yum!</directions>
