<directions>Make a paste of flour with twice the amount of water and add mustard and cumin seeds, turmeric and chili powders, green chillies, coriander/cilantro and salt. Take 2-3 spinach leaves at a time, lightly coat with the batter, and keep aside. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the spinach leaves coated with batter until crisp. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
