    <directions>Combine all the ingredients except the butter and olive oil in a bowl. If the mixture is a little dry, add an egg; if it's a little wet, add more flour. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large frying pan. Make the mixture into patties and fry til brown on both sides. Serve with sour cream or yogurt.</directions>
