    <directions>Boil the chicken broth with about 3 cans of water, adding the garlic and ginger. Add the chicken drums and allow them to cook for a while before adding the other ingredients. If you're boiling it for a while, leave the tomatoes until about half hour before you want to serve. Season to taste.

This can be eaten as a meal with rice - very substantial. It can also be liquidised (first remove the chicken meat from the bone!) and have milk or cream added.</directions>
