Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in muffin cups. Beat remaining ingredients till smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour over other ingredients in muffin pan. Bake until golden brown or until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
