    <directions>Steam the carrots until tender. In a bowl mix the hot carrots with the salad dressing until coated. You can serve them hot or cold. This salad dressing, by the way, is 100% vegan but tastes creamy and delicious. It's one of the few prepared dressings I ever buy. (And I'm not even vegan!)</directions>
