    <directions>Combine oatmeal , meat, and veggies in a blender or hand blender. Add either cooking water from veggies or plain water or breast milk or formula to baby food until desired consistancy is achieved.

* Freeze leftovers in ice cube trays, and store cubes in freezer bag.
