    <directions>Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together mayo and dijon mustard. Cut chicken breast halves into half again. Quarter potatoes. Toss chicken and potatoes in mayo mixture. Dump into a greased 9x13 pyrex dish or pan and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with garlic. Bake 30-35 minutes.
