    <directions>Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place fish in a baking pan. Mix mayo, lemon, garlic, and pepper in a bowl to blend. Spread this mixture on the fish. Sprinkle parmesan over and bake for 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily. I serve this with steamed broccoli and green beans with almonds.</directions>
