Ingredients

  • About 2 cups cooked winter squash (I used half a blue kuri)
  • 1can creamed corn
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1c unbleached white flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 good shakes herb & garlic seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fat for frying (I use bacon fat, chicken fat, coconut oil, olive oil and/or butter), at least 1/2" deep in your skillet
