Dressing:
Toast 2 Tb sesame seeds at 400 degrees for 3-5 minutes
Mix with
2Tb sesame oil
2 Tb soy sauce
2 Tb rice vinegar
1 t dark brown sugar
red pepper flakes or a dash of hot pepper sauce, optional
minced garlic to taste
Toss over steamed and then cooled in cold water green beans, refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
