1 (14-ounce) bag seasoned cubed bread stuffing mix (lowest sodium you can find when shopping for mixes)
2 teaspoons poultry seasonings
2 large celery stalks, finly chopped
1 large onion, finly chopped
3 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
1.Combine the stuffing mix, poultry seasoning, celery and onion in a large bowl. Stir in broth, i cup at a time until well moistened. Let stand at least 10 minutes at room tempature before using.
2.To stuff into a turkey, see Brined roast turkey recipe. You can slo bake the stuffing seperatly in a covered 2-quart baking dish sprayed with nonstick sparay, in a 325 degreef oven until cooked through, 45-60 minutes.
