Tomato Bacon Pie

1 Unbaked deep-dished pastry shell (9inches)

3 medium tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices

10 bacon strips cooked and crumbled

1 cup of shredded chedder cheese (4 oz)

1 cup of mayonaise.

Bake pasrty shell according to package directions. cool.

Place tomatoes in the crust and crumble bacon over tomatoes. In a bowl combine cheese and mayonaise. Sppon over bacon in the center of the pie leaving a 1 inch around the edge with out the mixture. (it melts and slides over the sides) Bake at 350. for 30 -40 minutes or until golden brown. 6 srvings.
