1 C Butter
1 C Brown Sugar
1 C Slivered Almonds
1 C Chocolate Chips
Soda Crackers
Preheat oven to 350. Line jelly roll pan or cookie sheet (one with sides) with aluminum foil. Spray foil with cooking spray so finished toffee won't stick. Place soda crackers on pan to cover the surface completely.
In a medium sized pot, boil butter and brown sugar for 3 minutes. When done, pour mixture over crackers and place in oven for 5 minutes. Pull pan from oven, sprinkle on the chocolate chips and place back in the oven just to melt the chips. Remove pan again, smooth out melted chips to cover the cracker/toffee mixture then sprinkle on almonds, cool and serve.
