I don't know the exact fat content, but this is an altered recipe I found online. I changed it to make it lower in fat and they are DELICIOUS!!!!
Preheat oven to 400. Mix 1st three ingredients; set aside. In a bowl cream together sugar, margarine, apple sauce, and egg. Mix in milk and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients. Spoon part of batter into muffin cups. Top with spice mix and add remaining batter. Bake 20-25 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
SPICE MIX:
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 T. flour
1 t. cinnamon
PS This recipe is definitely NOT low calorie!
