My family enjoys picante sauce with this, especially when we have "breakfast for supper" (prepare before heading out to work and pop in the oven when you get home).
Line 13" x 9" pan with biscuits, pressing to seal into crust (tear biscuits to fit corners as needed).
Layer browned, drained sausage over biscuits. Pour beaten eggs over sausage and top with grated cheese.
Option 1: cover and refrigerate overnight; the next morning remove cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, until eggs are set and biscuits are done; serve.
Option 2: bake immediately at 350 degrees and serve.
Using individual custard cups with 1 biscuit and 1 egg with desired cheese may be used for "to go" individual breakfast portions (kids love these). Adjust baking time as needed.
