Description

A quick spelt bread--no yeast.

Ingredients

  • 1c spelt flour
  • 1⁄2c starch (corn, potato, rice, etc)
  • 2 1⁄4t sea salt
  • 2T oil
  • 1c water

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375ยบ. Oil and flour bottom and sides of an 8x8 inch pan. Wisk together dry ingredients. Add water and oil. Mix thoroughly. Transfer batter to pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes. Bread is done when it sounds hollow when tapped on top surface.
