It's not a classic Nicoise, but it was good enough we practically climbed in and licked the bowl.
As usual, all my measurements are approximate. Work with whatever cheeses you have, or leave it out.
Combine the non-liquid, non-herb/spice ingredients in a bowl. Whisk together the liquids and herbs/spices, pour over the salad, toss, eat. EET EES DEELICIOUS!
Pretty much everything is negotiable in this except the tuna, the olives and...the truffle oil! It is what makes the salad.
