- 1can or 1 1/2 cups cooked beans, any kind
- 2 carrots
- 1 celery stalk, including leaves if any
- 1 onion
- 2clove garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 potatoes
- Olive oil, butter or drippings
- Salt and pepper
