Ingredients
Instructions
Take a plate, put on enough olive oil to make a 3-4 inch puddle. Add to this a juice of one lemon and a sprinkling of dill weed, stir it around a bit to mix. Take your salmon steaks or fillets (not more than you can fit on the place single layer) put them on the plate, then turn them over to coat with the oil/lemon mix. Arrange them so the fatter parts are to the ouside and cover with plastic wrap. Put in the microwave for about 3 minutes. Let stand for a minute. Check for doneness and microwave another minute or two as needed. Serve with lemon slices and enjoy!
