Description

Ingredients

  • 2 c pumpkin or other winter squash (such as butternut), raw, shredded fine and drained hard
  • 1 grated onion (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c self-rising flour

  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
  • 2 c pumpkin or other winter squash (such as butternut), raw, shredded fine and drained hard
  • 1 grated onion (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c self-rising flour
  • self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

Drain the squash again, until it's really dry. Mix together all ingredients. Fry in hot oil, a couple of minutes per side.
