Description

This spicy dish is good with a simple green salad and something cool to drink!

Ingredients

  • 2lb country-style pork ribs
  • 1can diced tomatoes
  • 1can El Pato tomato sauce (small)
  • 1c vinegar
  • 1c molasses
  • 1c sherry
  • 1c tapioca flour
  • 3dash Worcester sauce
  • 1 small bottle of Chinese oyster-flavored sauce
  • 20 garlic-stuffed green olives, sliced
  • 1bunch fresh parsley

Instructions

Combine all in crockpot but the parsley. Cook on high for at least four hours. Fish out the bones. Serve over rice, garnish generously with chopped parsley.

Leftovers

We took the leftovers of this, added a can of black beans, a handful of rice and some broth, and it made FANTASTIC soup.
