Description

This spicy dish is good with a simple green salad and something cool to drink!

Ingredients

2lbcountry-style pork ribs
1candiced tomatoes
1canEl Pato tomato sauce (small)
1⁄4cvinegar
1⁄4cmolasses
1⁄4csherry
1⁄4ctapioca flour
3dashWorcester sauce
1⁄2 small bottle of Chinese oyster-flavored sauce
20 garlic-stuffed green olives, sliced
1bunchfresh parsley

Instructions

Combine all in crockpot but the parsley. Cook on high for at least four hours. Fish out the bones. Serve over rice, garnish generously with chopped parsley.

Leftovers

We took the leftovers of this, added a can of black beans, a handful of rice and some broth, and it made FANTASTIC soup.
