Pork Ribs Puttanesca

Description
This spicy dish is good with a simple green salad and something cool to drink!
Ingredients
- 2 lb country-style pork ribs
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can El Pato tomato sauce (small)
- 1⁄4 c vinegar
- 1⁄4 c molasses
- 1⁄4 c sherry
- 1⁄4 c tapioca flour
- 3 dash Worcester sauce
- 1⁄2 small bottle of Chinese oyster-flavored sauce
- 20 garlic-stuffed green olives, sliced
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
Instructions
Combine all in crockpot but the parsley. Cook on high for at least four hours. Fish out the bones. Serve over rice, garnish generously with chopped parsley.

Leftovers
We took the leftovers of this, added a can of black beans, a handful of rice and some broth, and it made FANTASTIC soup.
