Touch of the Orient Crockpot Chicken

Description
Use broccoli, water chestnuts, whatever you like.
Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1⁄2 c soy sauce
- 1⁄4 c packed light brown sugar
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can tomato sauce, 8 oz
- 1 bag frozen oriental vegetables
Instructions
Place the chicken in the crockpot. In a bowl combine the rest of the ingredients except the vegetables. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours, until chicken is tender. About half an hour before serving break the chicken up with a spoon into bite size pieces. Pour the veggies on top and heat through. Stir it all together and serve over rice. Yum!
