Ingredients

  • scallops, cooked (I poach mine in fish or chicken stock, but sauteeing is fine, too)
  • Sour cream or plain yogurt
  • Olive oil and butter for frying
  • 1c flour (possibly more)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion
  • 3 potatoes
  • Applesauce, preferably homemade

Around here, we call them hashbrowns, so I served them with scrambled eggs. Very good!
