I have a Black & Decker All-iI have a Black & Decker All-in-One-Plus Horizontal Breadmaker. I don't know how this compares to other brands, because I have only ever used this one - and my sister's smaller model (same brand). I am happy with its performance - using it two or three times a week. A couple years ago for school fund raising, my sister and I made and sold several loaves a week for several weeks using the two machines. I found the bread recipes in the provided recipe book to be quite good, but wasn't impressed with the one dessert recipe I tried. My mother said you can get even better results by using the dough setting, and then baking in a regular oven - but I've only done this to make rolls. » email this page | reply
