Forgot to mention

I was in the ER again Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. I'm okay, just chest pain, no heart damage. I'm beginning to narrow down the problem: blood sugar and hormones. I'm hitting menopause and weird things are starting to happen, and also I seem to be very intolerant of sugars some of the time. It seems to correlate with stress--the more stress I'm under, the less tolerant I am of sugars. Right now if I eat a cookie, I get funny stuff happening. So low carbs for Lynn. I've started taking cod liver oil too; we'll see how that goes.

How does cod liver oil help? My mother has not-so-fond memories of the stuff. Smiling

Here's more. It's recommended for stress especially, and for children. We take Carlson's Lemon Flavored which is just not that bad tasting, just kinda, well, oily. Smiling
