Instructions

You need:
1/2 c plain yogurt
1 c milk
2 eggs
3 T butter, melted

1/2 tsp salt (if the butter isn't salted)
1 1/2 c flour
3 T sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg (fresh, preferably)

Mix together the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk the wet ingredients. Pour the wet over the dry, make up into a batter, cook on a griddle. yummy!
