Beef and Mozzarella Bake

Instructions

1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained

1 tsp dried basil leaves, crushed

salt and pepper to taste

1 garlic clove, minced

1 can Italian tomato soup (sometimes this is hard for me to find so you may need to improvise)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

4 cups, cooked, medium shell macaroni

Combine all and sprinkle top with any leftover cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
