12 Corn or Whole wheat flour tortillas
6 oz. shredded Monteray Jack or Cheddar cheese
2 Tsp. fresh cilantro
1 small Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
2 medium bananas, sliced into thin circles
preheat oven to 350. Place 6 tortillas on baking sheet. sprinkle with cheese,cilantro,chilies, and bananas. Cover with remaining tortillas and press down firmly. If you like add more cheese on top and bake for 10 or 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut quesadilla into 6 slices and serve with salsa.
Sounds kind of strange but try it, my family loves it!
