Instructions
These are so tasty you might neglect to freeze them and just eat the mixture.
They can be just about nonfat if you use skim milk and nonfat yogurt, but if your children are very small make them with whole milk and whole yogurt--children under two actually need fat!
You need:
A popsicle mold--mine makes 4 popsicles at a time and holds a little over a cup total
Either--
1/4 c milk and 1/4 c chocolate drink mix, blended smooth
2/3 c yogurt
OR
1/4 c chocolate syrup
3/4 c yogurt
and a little milk to thin it a tad
To make: Mix everything together, pour in the mold, freeze. We sometimes add a few chocolate chips for a super treat.
