Easy German Pancakes

Description
A puffy oven-made pancake.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄2 c milk
- 1⁄2 c flour
- 2 T butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a medium sized bowl, mix together eggs and milk. Slowly add flour and mix until incorporated. Batter will resemble crepe batter. Place butter in an 8 inch round cake pan or 8 inch square cake pan and place in the preheated oven just long enough for butter to melt. Remove pan from oven, pour in batter and bake for 15 minutes.
Pancake will puff up and turn golden brown and resemble a lovely breakfast souffle. Serve with cooked fruit (apples and peaches are nice) or just good old maple syrup.
